Nick is the best - courteous, knowledgeable, always follows through. I would give the dealership 5 stars also, but I had to wait 5 hour this time instead of the estimated 2 - 3. Yikes. Stephen was really helpful, and was really patient to explain every detailed work orders for me. Since I came in only for oil change, the work orders were way much more than what I expected and the waiti explain every detailed work orders for me. Since I came in only for oil change, the work orders were way much more than what I expected and the waiting time was long. Stephen helped me with loaned car service so I did not need to wait in store for 3 hours. Thanks a lot. I am looking forward to working with him again. More
