Love this dealership. Up front and honest. They don't push unnecessary services and look after their clients. They will give recommended services and work with you on the importance of each and how long push unnecessary services and look after their clients. Attention to detail pays off In our last visit, it was found that our drain plug for the oil was starting to wear and strip. Nick was nice and cordial. My service was scheduled for 3:30 I couldn’t pick up my car until 5:30. When arrived Nick was already gone, I proceeded to pay and the lady at the front gave me the wrong total, 3:30 I couldn’t pick up my car until 5:30. When arrived Nick was already gone, I proceeded to pay and the lady at the front gave me the wrong total, I was being charged a bunch stuff I had no idea about. She contacted Nick and was resolved however I had received a 20% off discount card in the email an that’s the only reason I went back to Mazda to service my car service again because in the past I had bad experiences and stopped going there. Anyhow I ended up getting a 10% discount instead of 20% because it was never explained to me that it would be 20% off off the $89.99 “regular” price and not the $79.99 which is already a discounted price and according to the lady they can’t honor both the 20% and the “discount” price. Also I never received the video about the service Nick told me about and when I received the report everything is magically ok with my vehicle when I know is not, there are a lot of things my car needs to get replaced because of wear and tear I own a 2011 Mazda CX-7. Service and Communication need to be greatly improved I’m never going back to this dealer again, I’m buying a new Mazda but It sure won’t be at this location. More
