I said there was a problem with the auto lights draining battery. Battery was replaced and still the lights are draining battery. Service specialist seemed annoyed by my request. I had an appointment with Joe for an appraisal on my car. Upon arrival, Joe did not greet me. A Ken the dales rep did and tried to sell me a new Subaru. I clearly said I wanted a written appraisal. I was tol Upon arrival, Joe did not greet me. A Ken the dales rep did and tried to sell me a new Subaru. I clearly said I wanted a written appraisal. I was told that was not possible. I left, only to be greeted by Joe on the way out. I pointed to the sign outside that said “free written appraisal.” Only then was I given what I came in for. As a Subaru owner my entire life, whose car was serviced by Darlene in Connecticut before moving to Orlando, this was extremely disappointed. Not only was the appraisal lower than every appraisal I received, but also because of this shady service, I sold the car. Thank you to Darlene and the service team for your years of maintenance my Subarus. The sales team should be ashamed of yourselves. You will continue to loose business treating loyal customers this way. Please remove me from all future correspondence. More
