Good service but getting an appointment is HARD WORK I go to the web site. Find "Schedule Service Now". Great! I go there. It asks for my information. I provide it. Someone comes on to chat. She asks all I go to the web site. Find "Schedule Service Now". Great! I go there. It asks for my information. I provide it. Someone comes on to chat. She asks all the details on the car and what needs to be done, in great detail. Dutifully, I answer all the questions. "OK thank you". "Huh, so can I schedule my appointment?" "A service technician will contact you to schedule the appointment". THEN WHY DID I JUST SPEND HALF AN HOUR HERE? "when will he contact me? tomorrow?" "I can't tell you if it will be tomorrow or not". WHAT??? AND THEN...NO ONE CONTACTS ME! I have to call on the phone to get an appointment. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE. YOU ARE LOSING BUSINESS UNLESS YOU FIX YOUR WEB SITE. More
