Great Service as always I should have had my vehicle serviced in March, however due to the lockdown I was unable and then hesitant due to social distancing. My fears were al I should have had my vehicle serviced in March, however due to the lockdown I was unable and then hesitant due to social distancing. My fears were alleviated, from the moment I arrived. My Vehicle was disinfected on arrival and steering wheel, and driver's seat covered. Waiting room was arranged to accommodate social distancing. My service rep Natalie Deonath, was professional , with my service, provided me with a video of the service, what was needed and the cost of each addition. My experience was safe and I will not be fearful of coming in for service at Sport Subaru South. More

Pedro was courteous, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and Subaru brand; he had no issues answering any question and even noticed when we initially appeared confused on a gadget. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I was lied to by Edwin about if I bought the car that day he would have the car in the body shop the next day and I would have the car back with in 2-3 days. Almost weeks went by and I still did not have a car and not one person called me or text me to at least give me a follow up on status update. I am still missing floor mats which I was originally told that would be taken care of during the day of the sale and I am missing parts off my fender from where the body shop painted the bumper. I did not even get a apology until I called making a complaint about Edwin lying to me and how the customer service was horrible. When explaining my complaint to Pedro about Edwin telling me that my car would be in the shop and I’d have the car within 2-3 days Pedro said unfortunately it doesn’t work like that. We first have to put a work order in on the car in our shop then the car can be sent to the body shop. That’s when I knew and confirm that Edwin lied just to get my $20k sale. So much for costumer service also. No calls, texts, or anything after making the sale. The dealership never offered any sort of compensation knowing I’m disgruntled for Edwin lying, or still not having having my Camrys floor mats after two weeks, and getting the car back that I just purchased with missing parts from the bumper/fender. I mean I just spent $20k and they’ve had weeks to get floor mats and to have my car returned to me that I just bought and missing parts of the car is unacceptable. I will share my experience with others about how the customer service is by far the worst and how Edwin ruined a returning customer. More
