After 24 years of buying and owning cars, I have finally found a dealer service center that actually cares. There is 1 person responsible for this, Brittany Schultz! She is consistently excellent. If I have a question or specific request, she writes it down so it won't get missed. She even remembers things that even I forgot I asked about. Remarkable attention to detail on her part. I feel like I can relax while I'm waiting for my car to be finished, instead of nervous, like everywhere else I've taken my cars to over the years. And she's fast. She gets me in and out no matter how busy they are with other customers. I don't know how she does it but she does, every time!
