Kayla and Fabian did an excellent job taking care of us. Kayla brought us water since it was very hot and drove the cars I wanted to see near the building, so I did not have to walk far. Came back the next day because Marissa Torres from customer service contacted me (she did a great job trying to get me to see cars at Loma Linda dealer for weeks.) There were other 2 ladies from customer service that sent me emails and called me sometimes. The financial advisers Kellsea took care of the paperwork right away, she was friendly too. when we came back the next day, a young men took care of us (did not give us his business card) and he set up the gps system in the car, and answered all the questions we had, he was very nice. The reason why I am giving 4 stars is because we paid to have the car windows tinted and it took 4 days (going back and forth with different people). It seems the paper work did not get to the service department. So we actually had to talk directly to a person from the service department and she immediately gave us an appointment for the next day. They need better communication between the sales, customer service, and the service department to avoid any delays when requested the car windows to be tinted. Very nice please, very clean too. I would recommend Loma Linda dealer. More
