I've revised my review after communicating with the Dealership through DealerRater. I still disagree with them and their practices. I don't think it's acceptable for Spreen to give a written "offer" pr Dealership through DealerRater. I still disagree with them and their practices. I don't think it's acceptable for Spreen to give a written "offer" price but then pile non-negotiable markups and add-ons once you are in the dealership to accept their offer. That's dishonest... yet, for such they are unabashedly unashamed. I'm raising my rating mainly because the dealership seems to try to communicate, and is blunt and straightforward about their tactics. Be prepared for an adversarial relationship and don't trust or accept anything you don't want to. All potential buyers need to be aware that this is how Spreen operates regardless of whether you go in person or use a fleet buying program. More
