I brought my HRV in for first oil change was greeted by Jess , a very pleasant service rep , he processed my paperwork and told me the process would take 1 1/2 hrs . After 1 1/2 hrs I was told there was a Jess , a very pleasant service rep , he processed my paperwork and told me the process would take 1 1/2 hrs . After 1 1/2 hrs I was told there was a mix up on cars and due to express center not operable my car got out of line and it would be 45 plus more minutes , poor customer service !! Not happy w Honda so kudos to Jess for trying to smooth it over but please get it together I don’t have 2 1/2 -3 hrs to give to Honda , had to make calls and explain delays for family members , not happy w your service !!:( More

Paid $150 and had to leave car overnight to get "low voltage" diagnosis, with only advice to get a trickle charger. 2017 Pilot with less than 36,000 miles. Alternator and battery tested fine, though b voltage" diagnosis, with only advice to get a trickle charger. 2017 Pilot with less than 36,000 miles. Alternator and battery tested fine, though battery is weak. Battery in car should have 100 month warranty (gel). Now will need to purchase another $300+ battery, which dealer would not apply the $150 credit but was told "battery may die tomorrow, no one knows." as they are not officially recommending a new one.
