My car needed repair on my starter. My husband picked it up when it was replaced. The next day when driving it, the electricity gave out on the road in the middle of the afternoon. We had to call a tow truck to take it back for repair. We later found out that someone forgot to plug an electrical component before returning. We ended up getting some other items fixed and spent quite a bit of money. We went through a lot of inconvenience when the car stopped working on the road. It was in the middle of the hot afternoon with me driving with my toddler. My husband has to leave work and cancel all his meetings for day to come out and help us. Some nice men stopped to help my husband push the car out of the street till the tow truck came. I would think Honda could’ve at least given us a discount or a coupon for our troubles since this was an error on their part. More

This was our first time to this location. As far as service and Jesse (our service rep.) was great. However, the lack of enforcement of masks for employees was appalling. There were several employees service and Jesse (our service rep.) was great. However, the lack of enforcement of masks for employees was appalling. There were several employees walking around without masks, and no one in the sales shop was wearing one-another girl at the front service desk was eating and talking on the phone without a mask (on and off for the 2 hrs. that we were there). Ultimately, my fiance and I preferred to wait outside in the 100 +degree weather as opposed to being placed at risk indoors. More
