Wasted so much of my time I bought 4 new tires from your dealership and had it installed. But it seems like the technician who worked on it did not test drove the car because I bought 4 new tires from your dealership and had it installed. But it seems like the technician who worked on it did not test drove the car because when I picked it up there's a vibration underneath. The car feels like it was not balanced and aligned. If they did, they were not doing a good job.I have to bring the car again the following day just for that. The service advisor had someone tested it and when he got back, according to the service advisor they couldn't find anything wrong. The car is okay. However, I said there's something wrong with it. The vibration is obvious. So, the service advisor said I'll do the test drive myself. When he came back, he said YES I was right. When they looked underneath, he said there's a chunk of rubber that's ripped off from my tire that caused the vibration. So he said he have to call Michellen if there is warranty for it. I said why not ? I just got it. It was defective. I have to wait for a while maybe an hour again just to get an answer if the tire company will warrant and replace them. And finally it was resolved. My point was... had it been tested, or properly tested, the time wasted could have been avoided. My time and effort to go back and forth has sacrificed my working hours. It was a disgusting experience. More

audio display and speedometor screen issue We had to take the car back a couple of times to correct the problem with the audio display and speedometor screen issue. They kepYest going blank We had to take the car back a couple of times to correct the problem with the audio display and speedometor screen issue. They kepYest going blank and it was a safety concern with us and especially my wife the primary driver. Initially the problem could not be figured out and it took 6 weeks for the main office and dealer to figure out the root cause. As of now the problem is corrected and per service staff, it should not occur again. As my wife stated, great the problem is fixed because we will not be happy if it occurs again. On all our visits, the staff have been courteous and easy to speak too. Yes I would recommend Spreen Honda More
