I had questions regarding how to correct the issue and was insulted by my customer service rep. I was a loyal customer and would do anything a service rep recommended. I will not be returning to this dealership. I have never been treated like that before and was so frustrated the way I was spoken to as if I was an idiot. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership and will get my service done somewhere else. More
