I was talked to in a manner that was very unprofessional. I don’t feel like my issue was resolved. I have only had great experiences at Honda Spreen. I was given a free car wash and loaner vehicle for the inconvenience of my service taking a lot longer then expected at my last service which I appreciated. The issue with my car wasn’t resolved. I had questions regarding how to correct the issue and was insulted by my customer service rep. I was a loyal customer and would do anything a service rep recommended. I will not be returning to this dealership. I have never been treated like that before and was so frustrated the way I was spoken to as if I was an idiot. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership and will get my service done somewhere else. More
