Purchased 2019 Civic for my teenage Daughter I reached out to your Internet Sales everything were going very smooth until I got to the dealership I was told it should not take more than an hour s I reached out to your Internet Sales everything were going very smooth until I got to the dealership I was told it should not take more than an hour since everything has been done online in advance. I end up spending over 2 1/2 hours, I asked if I can leave and come back a different day or later, I was told that if I leave I loose my turn. So finally I decided to leave and the sales rep she was very nice Amy, requested me to stay and she will go in one more time to check in with the finance. Shortly she came back with a very rude gentleman who immediately started screaming and shouting on me claiming that I have been test driving for over an hour, and he has no time for me I can leave because he is too busy with others. He was very rude. I was very shocked, I have purchased many vehicles from different dealer ship I have never been treated like that. On my way to home I spoke with Nathalie (Internet Sales) She was very sympathetic, she apologized to me multiple times and asked me to give her one more chance to win my business. We agreed to meet again at 10 AM next morning . Next morning the experience was excellent, I met with a different finance guy he was excellent, I was done and out the door with the New Civic as promised. Your sales Rep Amy has a wonderful attitude, she was sincerely very apologetic for the behavior of the previous finance person. More
