The service representative called my cell phone and left a message that my car was complete, minus the dash mat. Why couldn’t he use the intercom system to notify me instead of calling my cell phone? My phone was muted to respect other customers near me. It caused a delay in getting my car back so I could move forward with my day. I was also pretty upset they ordered the wrong dash mat which just causes me to return on another day. I’m questioning my purchase of my NEW 2019 Honda Accord Sport 2.0 after several promises which fell through, now this. More

Friendly Environment Went in to have my rear passenger side tire inspected. Come to find out there was a screw and it is not repairable.
