Wasted time We also bought another car yesterday while getting an oil change. Service rep was awesome. They sales guys not so much wasted alot of our time. When all I needed was a sales draft for my bank waiting to cut me a check. Took 3 hours for them to finally listen. Almost lost the deal. Why this is so difficult is beyond me. More
