Extremely rude, and condescending. Couldn’t even speak a sentence without being interrupted. Will not be returning to Spreen Honda for future services. No issues with service department. Courtesy van requires work for picking up customers. It should not take 3 to 4 hours which is the time frame it takes from here to Las Vegas (thats 300 miles wait time) fo work for picking up customers. The whole point of the courtesy van I understand is that it's a "courtesy," but when I am being told verbally and through text messages that I am next to be picked up then that's what I'm expecting. And for the wait time to go from 10 minutes to 3-4 hours later is kind of ridiculous. There's no courtesy lying to the customer so other travel arrangements could be made . Last time that happened I almost lost my job last year. This time I almost was not able to pick up my son from school which would have prompted the school to call the police for child abandonment. You guys have a limited radius which I believe is 10 Mi. And I just got dropped off the other day and I was the last person to be dropped off 5 people in a full minivan. And we went all the way around San Bernardino and it's still only took one hour. So upon that return of dropping off customers the driver needs to go pick up the next people that are waiting to be picked up and driven back to the dealership. But to continuously verbally and through text message be told that your next to be picked up and they're on their way is unacceptable when it takes 3 to 4 hours. I live 3 miles away from the dealership. It should not take 3 to 4 hours to pick me up. At most it should take an hour and a half. So I'm not impressed with that service at all. They're great for dropping you off after you drop off your vehicle, but they are terrible at picking up the customer and staying in contact with the customer. I can't schedule an Uber if you're constantly telling me that you're picking me up next. As the last person being dropped off on 8/20/2021 I was basically in a nice way "scolded" did for asking in a full van to understand why it takes so long to be picked up. And that I was told this is a courtesy van with the key word being "courtesy" and if I didn't like it i need find my own ride by getting a Uber or something else. And like I explained to the driver the issue isn't picking up, the issue is a communication with the dealership constantly lying to me telling me I'm next to be picked up and then nobody ever comes to the point that they have to pull somebody from the back to get a different vehicle to come pick me up from three miles away cuz we are surpassing a 3 hour wait time. So picking up your customers needs a lot of work because no one should have to wait three to four hours to be picked up under a 10 mile radius or just don't offer to pick up if it is something you don't have the staff/manpower to do. But I was told there's two different drivers and I don't understand if there's two drivers and two Vans how no one could be picked up in 3 to 4 hours. More
I wasn’t half way home when the tire sensors came on. Why did they even xxxx with the pressure? I was there for fluids. Tried to call but no one was available and no one ever returned my calls. I like this dealership but I made an appointment and waited in the appointment line and waited for over 15 minutes same with the people in front of me while the service helpers helped the none appointme waited in the appointment line and waited for over 15 minutes same with the people in front of me while the service helpers helped the none appointment people first. Service team are exceptional at explaining the services about to be rendered. The service itself is extremely expensive. Lastly, if you’re going to provide a complimentary car wash, do a good job rat about to be rendered. The service itself is extremely expensive.
