Hi Ralph, Communication is key. You as our customer should of been notified and updated. We appreciate your comments. We deeply apologize as we know your time is very important. We had approval from your insurance on a Factory OEM Catalytic Converter. Unfortunately the needed part was on a National Backorder. At that time we could not move forward on a aftermarket catalytic converter without approval from yourself and your insurance company since they had previously approved a factory Catalytic Converter. Thank you and please accept our apology in this matter.
