We have always been impressed with this dealership. It has always been very friendly and the service doesn't take long. We have not had any problems. I brought my car in for service on Monday, December 14, 2020. Basic service was completed the same day. Spreen recommended to replace struts. Parts needed to be ordered so I returned the car for service on 2020. Basic service was completed the same day. Spreen recommended to replace struts. Parts needed to be ordered so I returned the car for service on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. Service advisor told me they had to reorder the parts because they received the wrong parts. So I left the car at the dealership overnight and this was a major inconvenience because I live 25 miles away. Work was completed on Thursday, December 17, 2020. I have safety concerns about the dealership. Masks were not worn by some service technicians and a service advisor. While picking my car up on both days, mats and hairnets were left in my vehicle. Is my car safe to drive after having numerous people in it? Do you sanitize? Spreen Honda website does not display any Covid-19 procedures. More

My appointment with Honda was to have my windows tinted when I called to make my appointment I spoke with Ric in the service department I wanted a Saturday appointment and was pleased that Ric was helpful when I called to make my appointment I spoke with Ric in the service department I wanted a Saturday appointment and was pleased that Ric was helpful in accommodating me as window tinting is not usually done on Saturday’s. I arrived a half an hour early and was helped right away Ric explained in great detail what it entailed to tint windows and showed me examples of how my windows would look he also went even farther and called the tint shop to check with them on the tint that would be used so I felt comfortable with my choice. Ric let me know it would be a while before my car would be ready and at that time I let him know I would be waiting there till my car was ready he then got on the phone with the tint shop and asked them if they would help me out time wise so I wouldn’t be waiting so long , I really appreciated Ric’s customer service. More
