Own a 2019 cx5; makes noises every time I hit the brake or car starts to move; so obvious and loud that can not be ignored. Brought the vehicle to them for the noise. Not sure what they actually did but keep saying there is no noise. Imagine you go to a doctor complaining of cough and he tells you, no you don’t have cough but I checked your toes! Worse thing was the attitude of the guy at the service dep. Thanks God he is the governor of the state. Will not choose here any more. You guys need to learn to fix your customer’s vehicle as if it is your own/family car. More

We bought a 2015 Mazda 3 on December 18th. Sales and Financial departments worked with us to obtain the vehicle price within our budget. Paperwork preparation was timely. I do my best to never deal with sales people or sales managers, and only talk invoice with a fleet manager. but since i tried going with the costco program, i gave it a shot, and warned them I only wan managers, and only talk invoice with a fleet manager. but since i tried going with the costco program, i gave it a shot, and warned them I only wanted to talk invoice, and will NOT fall prey to the various attempts at padding the purchase with xx upgrades or financing shenanigans. everything would have been perfect if they honored this request, but they did not. Its like they cant help staying in sales mode, and trying to railroad you into a purchase that only benefits them. typical, i know, but i was CLEAR. so, this was the best car purchase i have ever done, all things considering, but this lack of respect for my wishes was notable. its like they cant help staying in the lets manipulate-the-customer approach of a typical dealership.
