In my past 9 years of experience with buying or leasing cars, I haven't met anyone as friendly and patient as Richard Passananti. Guy is really piece of gem. I went to the dealership for buying a certified pre-owned car and Rich was great, he walked me through various PreOwned cars with their pros & cons, finally, we booked certified car but as I wanted certain accessories to be loaded on it so, left the car their only for 3 days. Within 3 days, I changed my mind and went back for other options like buying and leasing (expecting rude reaction as we wasted their time last time as well) but to my surprise, Richard was as calm as he was the first time, he started from scratch again with me and finally, I bought new Acura MDX and he gave me decent deal as well. I loved the whole car buying experience and pretty satisfied with the dealership. Not sure, if all the sales agents are like him; but he was pretty knowledgeable about the features of Acura Cars & SUVs. More

YOU WILL BE TOLD LIES OVER THE PHONE THEN REALIZE ONCE ARRIVING YOU'VE MADE A HUGE MISTAKE Drove all the way from Allentown, PA to look at a 2007 Nissan Maxima I was interested in. Mostafa greeted us a ARRIVING YOU'VE MADE A HUGE MISTAKE Drove all the way from Allentown, PA to look at a 2007 Nissan Maxima I was interested in. Mostafa greeted us and then took us to test drive the vehicle. Thats when my hellish night began. As we test drove the car it keep steering towards the left. When we asked Mostafa if they had done an alignment on the vehicle, his ridiculous excuse was that the tires on the left side of the car needed more air. Lack of air in a tire will not result on the car steering in one direction. Then when I asked Mostafa questions on the car, instead of saying "i dont know" and finding the right answer, he would lie and say the car had everything we wanted. He said there was suede in the interior doors (felt more like foam), and lied to us and said the car had never been in an accident (I had the carfax with me). When I asked him why the same nissan they were selling with the same options and more mileage was going for over $2,000 more, His exact words were "its white its a popular color!" Mostafa (the most awful car salesman Ive ever had to deal with) made me see red. He was so unbelievably rude and was pretty much yelling at me and my friend thrughout the entire negotiation. Then he accused us of trying to rob him because I told him this was all the money I had and all I could afford. Then had the nerve to look up the accident I was in and how much exactly I got from my insurance company. Not only did I almost die during that accident but it was also proof I didnt have the money to go past the price I gave him for this car. Everyone at this dealership tried playing me like a fool. Little did they know I worked at a nissan dealership for 4 years. Mostafa, there is absolutely NO WAY you paid $10,000 for that car as a trade in. Maybe $7,000 if the past owner of this car was lucky and you didn't completely rip him off, but I doubt it. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!! They will try to sweet talk you any whcih way they can to get you to buy any one of their cars. WALK AWAY. DON'T GIVE THEM THE TIME OF DAY! From someone thats worked at one, this is the most unprofessional and money hungry staffs Ive ever seen. And If you think you see a good price reduction on one of their cars, don't fall for it. They post the car for a higher value they would've never sold it for and slash the price because they think you're stupid enough to fall for it. I will make sure my article gets posted so everyone knows not to come here and have the same horrifying experience. More
I would recommend John Strazza, more than the dealership itself. He is a first rate professional. No games, no gimmicks, fast on his feet to work out the best (lease in our case) for his customers. We l itself. He is a first rate professional. No games, no gimmicks, fast on his feet to work out the best (lease in our case) for his customers. We lease cars every 2-3 years from Volvo to Infiniti to Audi and Acura, and John's work with us was far and beyond any car sales professional we have ever worked with. He knew every detail about the RDX, (I already owned an MDX and had researched every detail about the RDX), from the cu sq. to the colors available on their large lot. He took us to the off prem lot to see the exact car, color and options we were interested in. He did not rush or pressure our decision but was quick to run negotiations by finance without keeping us waiting. He, in fact, came back with a better lease deal than we had anticipated in negotiations. We were acutely aware that our good fortune was not the case going on next to us where customers were being "sales talked" and spent excessive time waiting with their sales person. In the end, we decided to choose a different car, not because of Acura or John. While it was uncomfortable making that call to him, he couldnt' have been nicer. He said, "if you're happy, that's all that matters. Just be well and enjoy your new car." I will be sending him every customer I know that's in the market for a car. More
