In addition, one of my chrome pillars seemed to be defective and they looked at it while they changed my oil. Without hesitation they scheduled a new appointment (a few days later to order parts) and hooked me up with a new ZDX w/tech for a loaner while they replaced the part for free. Car looks and feels great! The service was dead on and I was treated with respect throughout the whole experience from all employees (valet, service manager, Chris, etc.). I will continue to service my Acura at this dealership in the future! More
This service department is the finest I have ever dealt with. My only negative criticism is that the prices are too high; nevertheless, the service reps & management usually offer a discount, and have eve with. This department does deserve the highest rating I can give it. I travel very far out of my way to have my car serviced at this facility, and I will continue to do so as long as the quality of service remains as it is. More

I had a very welcoming feeling entering the service area. It was my first time since buying the car and speaking with Victor was like talking with a friend. He shared what was going to be done and how long it would take. He offered a free car wash (which I wasn't expecting and was pleasantly surprised). Then he guided me to the waiting area. The service was actually completed in a shorter time frame than mentioned initially. That was helpful. This first experience made me feel like bringing the car back for the next service would also be pleasant. More

I took a whole day off to to sell my Acura TL, which Springfield Acura offered me a price of 16000 for (which was confirmed with the sales manager). Because of what at first seemed a polite and friendly Springfield Acura offered me a price of 16000 for (which was confirmed with the sales manager). Because of what at first seemed a polite and friendly service and the fact that they were a certified-Acura dealership, at the end of the day, I went to them to make the deal final since I thought they'd be trustworthy. When the salesperson tried to get the paperwork, he came back apologizing that the office was already closed; because I had to go to New York, we came upon the agreement that they would come to my friend's house to pick up the car and the registration & title that was already signed by me. HOWEVER not only was the salesman hard to reach, he and other salesmen would constantly say they'd call back in 10min and not call at all during the next couple days. Finding the whole situation shady, I asked for the sales manager who, after listening to me complain for a minute, put me on hold so that someone else could "deal with me". This man was UTTERLY RUDE and even went as far as directly LYING to me that he heard that on the evening I came to their dealership, the salesman said they did not want to buy my car--NOTE: less than an hour before this conversation took place, I was on the phone with the salesman who told me not to take my business elsewhere since they were very interested in my car). I was furious, and asked for the manager, where he replied after some hesitation that he was "one of the managers"--while I was angrily telling him that it was unacceptable to deceive customers and be so unreliable, he HUNG UP on me. It was a ridiculously unnecessary and disappointing experience. More
In February of this year I was searching for an MDX. I contacted several dealers and found a listing for a 2009 Sport/Entertainment on the the Acura website listed as a CPO at Sprinfield Acura. I contact contacted several dealers and found a listing for a 2009 Sport/Entertainment on the the Acura website listed as a CPO at Sprinfield Acura. I contacted the dealership and asked them t quote me the price on the vehicle with the addition of roof rails and some other minor equipment. When we had agreed on a decent price, I agreed to come see the vehicle. Upon inspecting the car, I discovered it had been used a demo at the dealership. There were 3 issues I asked them to address. First, the paint on the back hatch was all scratched up where they had used a magnetic plate attachment over and over again. Second, one of the air vent covers inside on the driver's side was all scratched and banged up. Third, the car smelled like it had been driven by a smoker. So, I emailed my salesman that my bid for the car would be contigent on their agreement to touch up the paint on the back, replace the vent cover, and clean the interior carpets. He replied by phone a day later that he had cleared all this with Nick, the sales manager. So, I gave them a deposit on my Amex card and went away on vacation. They told me the work would be completed during the week I was away and I could pick up the car when I returned. 2 days prior to returning from vacation, I called my salesman to check the status of the vehicle. He informed me that the repairs had all been made, the roof rails had been installed, and the carpet cleaning was happening shortly. When I returned to New York, I got a ride to the dealership from a colleague who lives in NJ to pick up the car. My salesman was pleasant and seemed well prepared. He immediately dove into the paperwork and started asking me to sign stuff. I asked him if I could inspect the vehicle before I signed anything. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I discovered that NONE of the repairs the dealer agreed to make had been done. To be fair, I think they washed the carpets. But, I asked my salesman why he had assured me the repairs were completed days earlier. He turned on his heel and went to get the sales manager. When the sales manager came, I explained that I wanted them t honor the agreement that we had. I explained that there could be no misunderstanding as the complete terms of my bid for the car was delivered in writing via email, that my sales man said he had said that the sales manager had agreed to the price and the repairs, and that the sales man had confirmed the repairs had been made days earlier over the phone. He responded, "I don't care. We are taking enough of a loss on this vehicle and I am not going to lose another cent. Take it or leave it." Obviously, I left it. I then asked him if he would have on of his people drive me home or pay for a taxi as I had no transportation home from the dealership. He flatly refused and simply turned his back on me and walked off. I was forced to pay $100 for a taxi to take me home. I have never seen such a unscrupulous and callous behavior in any retail transaction. I STRONGLY recommend that everyone avoid this sleazy dealership!!!! More
