AMAZING SERVICE!!! I just have to say Johnny, Is absolutely AMAZING listened to my every need and want when it came to finding a vehicle. and then their finance guy Jus I just have to say Johnny, Is absolutely AMAZING listened to my every need and want when it came to finding a vehicle. and then their finance guy Justin, omg, I love him, hes so kind, and works every possible angle he can to get you the most perfect deal, but he lacks in communication, because he is the only one in there, so bare with him if he doesn't call you back( I did yell at him a few times, he tried to play nice, but he doesn't take to kindly to being yelled at. lol) So I bought this little 2015 Fiat Electric car and I absolutely love it, I do have a We Owe for a Tom Tom their Guys let me slip through the cracks on that one and I have been waiting for a couple of months on that... But they make it up, keep reading... My charger sparked and would no longer charge my car properly so I took it to them and they called Fiat and got me a new charger, FOR FREE! Then My car is still having trouble charging and I complained a little but I let it go... until it died It was charged at 30% and it just died.... wouldn't start, wouldn't take a charge. Josh the Recon Manager came out to my house to look at my car... he told me to call Johnny, Johnny had me call a tow company. Springs Automotive Group had my car towed from my house to their shop, fixed the issue put a new battery in my car and called me to pick it up.... said my Tom Tom will be in, in a week and I am all set, You guys they charged me nothing for all that, they took care of me!!! they treated me like family, made sure I was fully taken care of and that my car was ok! these guys care! Call Johnny, These guys are worth working with! More
