Everyone was very cordial and professional. In processing the sale, they were efficient. I knew exactly the car I wanted and diligently compared milages and prices. Not until I arrived home afte processing the sale, they were efficient. I knew exactly the car I wanted and diligently compared milages and prices. Not until I arrived home after closing the deal did it dawn on me I wasn't given a duplicate key fob. It cost me $360 to get one, and they aren't so easy to get. None of the key/fob companies in town had the equipment to program the recent Corolla key fobs, so I ended up having to go to a Toyota dealership. They had to order a fob, and it takes an hour waiting in the service department while they program it (they need to use the original in the process). I learned that if you get a certified pre-owned Toyota, one of their conditions is a duplicate key fob. It isn't the fault of the individuals I dealt with at the dealership, it is just company policy. It would have been nice to know in advance. If you lost your one and only fob before a replacement was made, you would be in a world of hurt. The $360 was bad enough, but it took some extra hours to deal with it (calling around, making the appointment, driving to/from the dealership, waiting at the dealership), and time is money. More

Giving used car salesmen a bad rep Johnny and the whole crew at Springs Automotive Group are the reason we get a slimy, dirty feeling when we know we have to go to a used car dealership Johnny and the whole crew at Springs Automotive Group are the reason we get a slimy, dirty feeling when we know we have to go to a used car dealership. They bait and switched me after they knew I was committed to the deal. The vehicle I ended up with needed $800 of work just a little after the warranty ran out. The cooling fan assembly unit needed to be replaced, on a vehicle with less than 20,000 miles. Then, less than a month later, I had to have the vehicle towed to a dealership. $1,500 in repairs. The car still had the manufacturer oil filter and never had the oil changed, which invalidated the manufacturer warranty. The engine was filled with sludge. Springs Automotive Group didn't even perform a basic inspection, nor would they return my phone calls when I tried to give them a chance to step up. Raunchy snakes!!!! Never go there!!! More
