On my latest visit to the service bay I was greeted by a friendly young person who gathered my information and was taken directly to the waiting area. In the past I was taken to one of the service reps cubi friendly young person who gathered my information and was taken directly to the waiting area. My 2020 Hybrid was acting up so I brought it in. The staff found a battery that was not holding a charge and the low voltage was causing several systems to act up. They verified the car was not dr The staff found a battery that was not holding a charge and the low voltage was causing several systems to act up. They verified the car was not draining the battery and then replaced the 12 volt battery. The car is now running fine. More
