I went in for a heater-related issue and I was helped by Rob. Rob is an amazing person and all he cares about is for the customer to leave the dealership satisfied with everything. My issue was supposed to Rob. Rob is an amazing person and all he cares about is for the customer to leave the dealership satisfied with everything. My issue was supposed to take 4 to 5 hours but Rob talked to the lead technician who was able to finish it in 2 - 3 hours. I am not saying that Rob is the only friendly person there, but also everyone in the service department is welcoming and attempts to make anyone's visit as quick and as satisfying as possible. I am so dis satisfied with St. Cloud Toyota Service lately. I had to bring my car back up after some work was not performed. This time they completed the work. A sign in Girl put the finished invoice and keys in a service advisor bay that was dark. I went up to her and said after 60 minutes was my car done. She looked around consulted with a guy at the desk in the Service bay and sure enough went to the different stations which all but one were unattended and found mine in the room that was not in use. The people are not friendly. They have 10 invoices on their desk, so clearly they are behind and slow. I don't even know if work that one requests is being done anymore. Is the oil change being done?
