After my initial impression of xx Cloud Toyota, the sale went very well and the sales person, Kevin, was very nice. My earlier initial impression of your dealership, not from Kevin, seemed like ‘no big deal went very well and the sales person, Kevin, was very nice. My earlier initial impression of your dealership, not from Kevin, seemed like ‘no big deal here, just a grey haired old lady by herself’. Fortunately, I knew exactly what I wanted and left the first time around. My return trip with Kevin was good. The back office personal could certainly step out of their office and show respect for a customer instead of just sending the sales person to deliver their unwillingness to talk about pricing.
