Our car buying experience was great. Adam was professional and his customer service top notch. However when we called to get service on the warranty the service person told us we had t Adam was professional and his customer service top notch. However when we called to get service on the warranty the service person told us we had to have exactly 5000 miles on or vehicle before any service was completed. We had over 4000 miles on the car. When I was transferred to the Service Department Manager I left a message for him to call me back about the situation. We never got a phone call. We ended up taking our car to Fargo for the first oil change and tire rotation.. Make sure you vet the service department before buying a new vehicle at St. Cloud Toyota. More
