Kind, Courteous, Knowledgeable, and Friendly My wife and I had been looking for a new vehicle for about three weeks when we stumbled upon this dealership. I found the vehicle online and Carolyn My wife and I had been looking for a new vehicle for about three weeks when we stumbled upon this dealership. I found the vehicle online and Carolyn was quick to respond to my flurry of questions and emails. We set up a test drive and were greeted by a couple different people when we entered, but asked if there was something they could help with. We let them know who we were looking for and Ismail let us know that he and Carolyn would be helping us. We went for a test drive, then looked at a vehicle at another dealer before coming back. The staff stayed almost two hours after closing on a Friday night to help us. The service was amazing. We pick up the van this weekend and are excited to become part of the St. Cloud Toyota family. Long wait for service I unfortunately showed up 15 minutes late for my appointment which was my fault for scheduling so early. 2.5 hours later I had my winter tires swapped I unfortunately showed up 15 minutes late for my appointment which was my fault for scheduling so early. 2.5 hours later I had my winter tires swapped on the car and the oil had been changed. That seems like a very long time for the amount of work that was completed. The price, even with a coupon for the oil change, ended up at $165 which surprised me for just these two services. More
