20+ years of excellent service! We bought our first new car from you back in 1999. I have been impressed over the years with the quality of the service and the friendliness of the s We bought our first new car from you back in 1999. I have been impressed over the years with the quality of the service and the friendliness of the staff. The most important thing though is your honesty and integrity. I remember bringing one of my vehicles in because the fan was making noises. I found out that it was because I had a vent closed, and I wasn't charged. Another dealer might have just replaced the fan and charged me for a new one. I've also asked about other things that needed to be checked, and would be told things like "that air filter doesn't need to be replaced yet". At the same time, I know that the service team always did a thorough job of looking things over and always would make the necessary recommendations. I always appreciated the fact that they did a great job in fixing what needed to be fixed and not trying to sell me "add ons" that weren't necessary. Rick Knettel sold us our first Toyota Corolla back in 1999. When he told us that that car would last us until at least 300,000 miles, I flat out didn't believe him. Well, we still have that car, and it has 320,000 miles on it, and it still runs. The only thing wrong with it is that it burns oil. That, of course, is to be expected. Most other brands of cars are lucky to make it to 150,000 miles. As you can see, I'm totally sold on Toyotas. Rick is the perfect salesman. He is friendly, easy to talk to, and, most importantly, not pushy. He seems to know what we need before we even ask. He does an excellent job of explaining things, and is very patient with us. We just bought a 2020 Corolla from him, with a lot of new technology. Rick took a lot of time explaining everything to us "old people" who don't always understand the latest gadgets. Rick made sure that we understood everything we needed to know about the new car and made us feel like we were his most important customers. He found us a great deal for financing our new corolla, we didn't even bother to check with anyone else for financing. Another great person to work with was Ethan from financing. He did an awesome job of going over our financing and explaining what warranties would be beneficial for us with our driving habits. I really appreciated that he gave us all the options available, pointed out what would be best for us in our situation, and let us decide. He didn't try to sell us what we didn't need. I've been very happy with St. Cloud Toyota over the years and have no desire to go anywhere else for vehicles. I've also told a lot of people over the years what a great job you do and that St. Cloud Toyota people are totally trustworthy. That is more important to me than saving money, although that is great too. Keep up the great work, and don't change a thing. More

Daniel Faber Cunducted Fraud Under Toyota's St Cloud's name My husband and I have been devout in only bringing our cars to St Cloud Toyota for sometime, this experience was a one time dealing I truly hope never My husband and I have been devout in only bringing our cars to St Cloud Toyota for sometime, this experience was a one time dealing I truly hope never happens again. I brought my car in due to a "clunking" noise when I would turn the wheel. I never received any notice and after two days I physically showed up to request an update. Mr Faber then claimed he had called me two days ago. The tech took my car for a drive and found a soup can under the seat causing the clunk. Mr. Faber then proceeded to write up a fraudulent Invoice stating the techs had done a full inspection/Diagnostic on my vehicle, and proceeded to charge me 139.52. When I asked for the inspection documents that clearly did not exist, Mr Faber proceeded to dismiss me, asking me for my personal address and that he would "mail me" the inspections. Later I returned to the store asking another Service Rep what exactly had been done. They verified no diagnostic/inspection had been done, that my car had been taken for a drive and the can of soup removed this service rep offered me a full refund, and was very apologetic for my experience. I am sickened by this dishonesty and am shocked that this would happen at St. Cloud Toyota based on the regular quality of service we continue to return for. More
