Long wait, lack of communication, couldn't diagnose the prob I purchased the car about a month ago from you (Toyota St. cloud) haven't even made my first payment and I'm already bringing it in to get fixed, ridi I purchased the car about a month ago from you (Toyota St. cloud) haven't even made my first payment and I'm already bringing it in to get fixed, ridiculous. Waited 2 hours with no ETA and no one checked on me to give me any updates. Finally after all was done, I was told I had to go to Ford to hopefully get the proper diagnosis. Wish I knew they couldn't probably test it in the first place as they are not a Ford dealership and I would have went directly to Ford. Also, they broke a spark plugs checking my engine, car ran rough after for a bit going home (hoping that's not a new issue). Ford can't see me for 2 weeks, now I have to figure out to deal with that, as I don't want to drive the car if I do have a blown head gasket. More
