Although the quote was honored it felt uncomfortable. To be clear the young man helping me was great. After arriving home I realize that the tire rotation was not done. "The customer requests the tires be rotated and the brakes be checked, Inspect tire condition and tire pressures.*ROTATION WAS NOT NEEDED DUE TO BETTER TIRES WHERE ALREADY ON THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE * It has been the recommendation of Toyota in the past to have tires rotated every 5,000 miles. Fast Tire Fix These guys were amazing! We experienced a tire puncture just after 4p on a Friday. They had us fixed and on the road shortly after 5p. No appointment, These guys were amazing!
