Friendly and respectful. Saw a vehicle on Car Gurus that we wanted to take a look at in person. Went to Toyota's main lot and was told the vehicle is at the Waite Park Auto & Saw a vehicle on Car Gurus that we wanted to take a look at in person. Went to Toyota's main lot and was told the vehicle is at the Waite Park Auto & Sport lot. Since I was unsure of where that was located, Gage led us to the lot and introduced us to Chris. Chris had Darcy bring the vehicle to the front door that we want to look at. Darcy was a treat to work with. No pressure, just a nice friendly guy that respectfully showed us what we wanted to see. Darcy offered us a deal that we found attractive and told him we will take it. All in all I was surprised at how friendly everyone at Toyota was. Absolutely no pressure and every question I had was answered. They also gave me helpful information I had not even thought of. Darcy was a treat to work with and Chris made the paper look effortless. All is well that ends well We purchased a newer 2017 Highlander which needed the missing trailer hitch replaced. After 2 attempts to get it right by a sales manager, which didn’ We purchased a newer 2017 Highlander which needed the missing trailer hitch replaced. After 2 attempts to get it right by a sales manager, which didn’t go well, I, with much hesitation, finally had to contact the General Manager to get the issue resolved. After a nice conversation with Tom, the GM, the matter was handled professionally and immediately and I now have the new Genuine TOYOTA OEM trailer hitch made specifically for my Highlander installed Thanks to Tom and Lori for their dedication to customer care we are very happy and highly recommend St. Cloud Toyota to everyone!
