Battery replacement I had my hybrid battery fail about a week ago. When I called they told me that they were booked out till next Tuesday and this was on a Monday so a li I had my hybrid battery fail about a week ago. When I called they told me that they were booked out till next Tuesday and this was on a Monday so a little more then a week. So the service advisor asked if I could leave the car and they misbehave able to get it in if some time opened up. I said ok and dropped it off that day. They did get it in on Friday of that week and when I saw the message it was almost closing time. I called and the adviser was busy so I left a message that I would call on Monday with a decision about what to do. I was a little surprised at the cost of a new battery. I never expected this much to repair but the car is worthless without it. Hopefully I can drive this car for another 6 years with out any more major problem. The repair was done faster then they thought with ordering the battery on Monday. I have only had 1 day to test drive so hopefully it keeps going strong for a long time. Mark Ley More
Service is worth the drive! I bought my new 4Runner from St. Cloud Toyota and was going to have a different dealership be my service location because it’s about 30 minutes closer I bought my new 4Runner from St. Cloud Toyota and was going to have a different dealership be my service location because it’s about 30 minutes closer to where I live. After calling the closer dealership about a small potential warranty issue I didn’t get the level of courtesy and customer service I expected (immediately made it sound like I did something wrong and it was 2 days before I could get in). So I called St. Cloud Toyota they immediately showed concern for the issue and said that issue should not be happening and asked if I could bring it in the same day. When I arrived All of my concerns were addressed and the Service Manager Ben is going above and beyond to make sure it is taken care of correctly. It will take a little while before I can get the work done, but I know it will be done right! Thank you again Ben and all of St. Cloud Toyota, you are awesome to work with. This is what keeps customers coming back! You will remain my service location, it’s worth the drive! More

I had a great experience purchasing the new Tundra but had some reservations with the extended warranty I purchased. When I asked to remove the extended warranty from my agreement (12 hours later) I was informed that I could but the payments would remain the same and it would only pay the truck off sooner. That is rather difficult to swallow less than 24 hours into the purchase. My only gripe with this transaction is in the finance department, everything else was great. More
