The negative is that the waiting room chairs are a bit lower than best for seniors orany striggling with back, hip, knee issues.. I noticed several “mature” customers working to rise from their seats. I also had a bit of difficulty. The chairs are very comfortable, the seats are about 2 inches maybe too low for anyone with older bones. Plus a shelf between chairs for coffee etc would be great addition. Other than those minor inconveniences, great service. Perhaps your service lead people could offer a hand to any older sitters when their vehicle service is complete? More

We bought our first Toyota corolla in 1999, and Brian still drives it to work every day, 35 miles each way. It has over 300,000 miles on it. I never knew a car could get that high of miles on it.
