St Cloud Toyota

I bought my car new in 2006 and have had it serviced at this dealership and had no problems. The most recent service was last week and it was the same as every time. A couple of days later I went with a this dealership and had no problems. The most recent service was last week and it was the same as every time. A couple of days later I went with a male friend while he had his car serviced. I was taken back by the way he was treated compared to the way I have always been. I'm not sure why he was treated so much better. They washed his car and walked him out to the car lot to show him where they parked it. I don't know how many times I've had to walk back in to ask where my car was because I couldn't find it. Now I wonder if my car gets the same kind of disinterested treatment as I do. More

We had done our homework and narrowed down our choices to the new 2014 Sienna LE, a used 2013 Sienna LE, or a new 2013 Toyota Highlander. We called a day ahead and made an appointment to drive said vehicles the new 2014 Sienna LE, a used 2013 Sienna LE, or a new 2013 Toyota Highlander. We called a day ahead and made an appointment to drive said vehicles. When we arrived, Jeff had them ready for us. It was a cold MN day and he showed us the vehicles in the service entry area. We eliminated the used immediately, but drove the Highlander, then the Sienna. Jeff was not at all pushy. Very laid back demeanor. We made our decision to buy the Highlander based on vehicle size, luxury amenities, location of dealership, online reviews of dealership, 0% financing and the feeling of trust in Jeff. Probably should have negotiated better, but realize businesses are there to make money, and hate the back and forth hassle. We appreciated the open area concept provided for customer/salesmen negotiations. Mitch in the finance department was very thorough and respectful. Since we have not yet experienced the service department, our opinion there, along with the performance of the vehicle, will make or break our decision to become a repeat customer. More

I talked to Amber a few times on the phone, discussing a few different things and when my husband was going to get out from his meeting on base late, we knew we weren't going to make it to the store before they closed-- BUT They waited! I was so greatful to walk in the doors and be happily greated by the team. I am so HAPPY this is where we decided to purchase our new vehicle, and I can't thank them enough. They were so helpful, so nice, and they made us feel so great about our purchase. Everyone was so friendly, and I am just so impressed that they were willing to wait for us and they all just made the whole process that much better. THANK YOU, I would recommend them to anyone, and when I buy a car in the future, I will hopefully be able to return to St. Cloud Toyota!!! More

It was a pleasure buying our car at this dealership. Rick was very helpful and answered our many questions. He did make us feel and ease and we never felt any pressure to buy a vehicle at any time. Product knowledge: LOW - After specifically asking if the used vehicle I was interested in had auto start I was told by the salesman that in fact it did not have auto start but for an overly expensive price used vehicle I was interested in had auto start I was told by the salesman that in fact it did not have auto start but for an overly expensive price I could have it put it. Funny thing - the vehicle DID already have factory installed auto start. The employees that I did come in contact with were very "pushy." As a customer who did their homework I was looking for the best deal around in all areas of the used car buying process. The finance employee was rude and disrespectful after I was honest with him about getting a lower interest rate elsewhere no matter what rate he gave me. The best part was when I went to pick up my vehicle I barely recieved a smile and the ones I did recieve were fake as can be. I guess they don't like when the tables are turned!!!! I suggest learning how to check your emotions at the door when you come to work and never forget the customer is always right! More

Stacey did a tremendous job of explaining the features of the vehicle, answering all of our many questions and accompanying us on our test drive. She is SOOO easy to talk to, and spent hours with us, allowing us the time to make our own decision. She even went so far as allowing us to test drive a used Honda CRV, in order for us to compare the two side by side. Her approach is to make sure you are purchasing the vehicle you are looking for rather than pushing a sale. We would highly recommend Stacey for your car shopping experience. They gave me a low ball offer on my trade in, so the next day I called St. Cloud Toyota just to see what I might be able to get from them. I talked to Derek D'Arcy and he said they would beat the Inver Grove offer. I next talked to Bruce over the phone and sent him pics/info on my trade, he made me a great offer over the phone. I told him about the Camry SE on the Inver Grove lot. He said they could beat the Inver Grove price and give me a much better trade-in offer and they did exactly that and got me the exact car off of the Inver Grove lot. Justin helped me with the financing part and it went smooth as silk! D'Arcy is quite a character too, go see him if you're looking for a Toyota! More

I was looking for a small SUV, choosing from 3 brands rated by Consumer Reports. The Toyota RAV4 was highly rated. I found that the RAV met everything on my list of "wants". After looking at the other brands, I returned to St. Cloud Toyota, and after again talking/driving with Stacey, I decided to purchase the RAV. We were looking for a used Camry and found one on CarSoup that was on the lot at St. Cloud Toyota. We called to confirm if the car was still on the lot before driving from St. Paul. It was. We walked in and Mitch Evens was at the desk, ready and willing to help us. He answered our questions and we went for a test drive. We agreed on a price. While they were finalizing the paperwork and prepping the car, we grabbed a quick lunch. When we returned, we signed the necessary documents and the car was ready to go. Mitch was great throughout the entire process. He made sure the tank was full and two Pepsis were in the beverage holder for us. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had.
