I bought a used 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid. When I started looking I knew that I wanted a used Camry. I knew nothing about Camry Hybrids and had no intention of getting one. As it turns out, the first car I looking I knew that I wanted a used Camry. I knew nothing about Camry Hybrids and had no intention of getting one. As it turns out, the first car I test drove was a Camry hybrid. My salesperson Stacy clearly explained all of the benefits of the hybrid model. After going home and doing a little research I was convinced it was the way to go. I am so happy with my purchase and so thankful that Stacy assisted me in seeing the "hybrid light." I would be happy to work with Stacy again and recommend her to anyone that is searching for a car. More

I was in the market for truck and I found one I really liked here at St. Cloud Toyota Scion, so on a weekend I went down to visit my parents in Avon, MN, I decided to go look at the truck with my dad. The first time I test drove the truck my dad tried talking me out of it because of its big engine (6.0L V8) and the gas mileage it got. Pete understood our concerns and when we left that day I'm sure he didn't expect us to come back. One month later we went back because I wanted another look at the truck and Pete remembered us and was very friendly. We took a long test drive testing everything. Unfortunately, it was Saturday near closing time and I needed more time to think about it, also I had to work the next day (in Grand Forks, ND) so I could not purchase the truck that day. Monday I called telling Pete I made my choice and I was going to purchase the truck, but I live in Grand Forks so I wouldn't be able to come in until at the earliest Tuesday. Pete was very friendly and worked very closely with me over the phone. That day he took the truck off the lot and got it all ready for me to pick up on Tuesday. Drove down Tuesday and made everything final. Overall, Pete was the best salesman I worked with at any dealership and I one of the biggest reasons I decided to make my purchase there. Any purchases me or my family makes from now on will most likely be from St. Cloud Toyota Scion and will be with Pete. More

This is the first purchase from St Cloud Toyota for us and in 50 years of buying cars and trucks this was the most comfortable purchase we have ever made. I have been shopping over the internet/email for a new Camry, and decided to take this business to two places: Mills in Willmar and St. Cloud Toyota. Despite the fact that I am probably going to buy at Camry, and decided to take this business to two places: Mills in Willmar and St. Cloud Toyota. Despite the fact that I am probably going to buy at Mills, I wanted to let someone know what a good job Ms. Stommes did. She contacted me, but didn't harass me. I am quite sure that the offers she made to me forced Mills to compete. Her communications were always positive, and, even if I don't make a purchase from her, I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Toyota. In fact, as I wrote to her in an email, I will pursue a Toyota in St. Cloud next time on the strength of my experience there this time. And, if a friend of mine wants help looking for good selection and good prices, I will do legwork for him or her and will include St. Cloud Toyota in that search. I brought my 2011 Prius in for first oil change and asked to have the antenna looked at because it looked like it was not completely attached at the base/molding. The tech accused me of backing into somethi to have the antenna looked at because it looked like it was not completely attached at the base/molding. The tech accused me of backing into something to cause this to be bent. I explained that I did not back into anything, there were no marks on the antenna as they could clearly see and it was never inside anything to back up and hit the antenna. He continued to accuse me of causing the damage-I asked to speak to manager-same thing basically and that it would have to be looked at by Toyota rep sometime in the next 2 weeks to detemine if they would approve fixing this. I am not happy or satisfied and now wonder if they performed the oil change correctly, if not am I going to have to pay for further issues caused by them because they will accuse me of creating the problem rather than accept responsibility. That was July 5. Still have not heard when the Toyota rep is supposed to look at the antenna- crappy service, crappy follow up and I really don't want to go back there for service but am limited in choices so will probably have to. The sales folks, however, are awesome and really enjoyed working with them when buying my car-just not expecting the poor customer service in the service area so was shocked and disappointed. More

Amber was great to work with. She was pretty new to the dealership at the time I came in to look at cars but let me know this. Loved the car so checked with other dealerships since St. Cloud Toyota didn't have any right then. I did not end up purchasing one and on a Friday a few weeks after my visit to St. Cloud Toyota, I received a call from Amber letting me know they had a Prius available if interested. Went the next afternoon and bought the car from her-she was great, I appreciated her follow up and made my experience smooth and easy-Thank You- now can you work with the service people-they need some of your customer service ability! Our sales person was friendly, helpful, and listened to our questions. We did not feel pushed or uncomfortable. We were shown the vehicles we requested.
