My car was brought in an hour after my scheduled appointment time. There was no communication from any of the service staff that they were running behind. After turing the key of my car to the attendant, instead of telling me to get into the courtesy car to go hoem, the attendant told me to wait in the lobby to be called. I waite for an hour then I asked the of telling me to get into the courtesy car to go hoem, the attendant told me to wait in the lobby to be called. I waite for an hour then I asked the service advisor and was told that I can go to the courtesy car to go home. After the I came back to pick up the car, the people forgot to do an express car wash, but the service sheet merntioned that it was completed. So I had to wait another 15 min for the car to get an express wash. Just wonder if all services completed on my car as requested. More

We had just purchased a used RAV4 and after about 3 weeks it would not start. Worked with Marvin who was able to give us some options. We ended up bringing it to the dealer for a battery check. Battery was b it would not start. Worked with Marvin who was able to give us some options. We ended up bringing it to the dealer for a battery check. Battery was bad and needed to be replaced. Surprise it was one month out of warranty but Marvin and the dealership stepped up and replaced it at no charge. More
