I had a 10:30 appointment and arrived on time. I sat there for and hour and a half watching other customers arrive and leave. Finally, when I was the only one left in the waiting room, my paperwork wa there for and hour and a half watching other customers arrive and leave. The least you could do is keep the customer informed as to why the delay is happening. More

I had a 9am appointment to install running boards. When I made the appointment I told them I lived out of town and would wait for it. They said it would take 90 minutes. They said the tech ran into a problem and wouldn’t be done until 2 pm. Waiting 5 hours for a 90 minute job is totally unacceptable. I asked for my keys back and said I would take my business elsewhere. I do not plan to return to St. Cloud Toyota. I do not believe the tech ran into a problem. I believe I was bumped down the list. That is an extremely poor way to treat a customer. And, then I received a text at 1:00 to say the work on my vehicle was done. They never even started. I spoke with the service manager the following week. He was very apologetic and offered a free oil change. I am willing to give them a second chance. More
