My husband actually brought the car in for me. He thought that 2 1/2 hours was too long for an oil change and tire rotation. I was happy with the work that was done but wasn't the one waiting. When I inquired about the recall for my 2019 Highlander the person handling the call promptly scheduled a convenient appointment. When I arrived my wait was to be around 3.5 hrs.
