When I inquired about the recall for my 2019 Highlander the person handling the call promptly scheduled a convenient appointment. When I arrived my wait was to be around 3.5 hrs. She doesn’t like to make a fuss but I got up and asked what the progress was. Turns out they forgot to write up the work order. 15 minutes later it was done. This visit went much better. Done in an hour. Now if they had just reinstalled the glove box after checking the cabin filter, it would have been a 5 star experience! More

I had my RAV 4 in for routine maintenance. I was told that I should replace the cabin filter. He said that they were out of stock on the replacement filter. When I got home I noticed that the glovebox that I should replace the cabin filter. He said that they were out of stock on the replacement filter.
