I arrived for our vehicles 210k service and was immediately greeted by the service tech Mr. Pope who helped me get through as efficiently as possible which was immensely appreciated. He accurately identified required maintenance actions and when the vehicle was completed he thoroughly went through the actions taken and all recommended service items listed by the mechanic. While this is not out of the ordinary for St. Cloud Toyota, it was extra nice that Mr. Pope took time to be courteous and professional while ensuring our vehicle was in and out of the service bay reasonably fast. As a 30 year veteran, that is truly great service in my judgement. I’m certain that all of the staff at St. Cloud Toyota are just as meticulous as Mr Pope is.
