Service was slow considering I had an appointment at 3p and didn't get out of there until 4:30p. I also had asked for a new battery to be put in my key fob and they didn't do that. Scheduled an appointment to get car painted under warranty was told 3 to 4 days ended up being 2 weeks. They triedd charging a diagnostic fee; when I got the vehicle repaired there. Everyone knows, the diagnostic fee is only charged; when they diagnose the vehicle, and you don't have any of the problems re vehicle repaired there. They qouted me $310; then suddenly that same exact repair when up to $510; because they added all these additional fee's. I had to get a manager, and it was lowered to 254.00, and that's what my receipt said; but I received an email saying i was charged 255.00 More
