Excellent service but appointment schedule is too long I have a free oil change for my new car. However, the dealer could not handle the volume of the oil change appointments. So I have to wait for a week I have a free oil change for my new car. However, the dealer could not handle the volume of the oil change appointments. So I have to wait for a week for a simple oil change. May be St Cloud Toyota should get more mechanics to get more people in for oil change. It only take one day to get appointment at most service stations in town, so one week is too long. More

Routine Service Staff service scheduler Kristen was pleasant and accommodating to my schedule needs and providing option of dropping my Vehicle off and have courtesy Staff service scheduler Kristen was pleasant and accommodating to my schedule needs and providing option of dropping my Vehicle off and have courtesy driver take me to work. Dropped off Vehicle as noted in the capable hands of Dan who had a courtesy driver take me to my destination safely and timely. My services (oil change and tire rotation and inspection) completed. Had return ride picked up Vehicle. A few hours later had my tire sensor light come on and came back and had Tyler take care of it right ways while I waited in your comfortable waiting area with a fresh cup of coffee made by one of your salesman. No appt tire needed repair I stopped in without an appointment because my low tire light came on, they added air and suggested that the left front tire may have a slow leak. They repaired the leaky bead on the tire in a reasonable amount of time for a very reasonable cost. More
