Great Information and Service I scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation, and was pleased with the inspection they did at the same time. Also, They were able to provide great info on the best remote starter to install on my Prius, so I made an appointment to do that, as well! Even though I drive 1.5 hours, and remote start is a 4 hour job, the technician told me that I can use the shuttle service to go and get a meal or shop somewhere, and they will call and pick me up when my car is ready. Everyone is so friendly and informative, I will continue to make the drive for my maintenance, and when it is time, my next car will be from St. Cloud Toyota as well! More

Out in record time When I came in for my 10,000 mile service, I was informed that there was a recall order on my 2017 Prius. I had not been informed by letter yet. The Service Adviser said it would take an extra hour if I wanted to have the recall corrected while I was there. Since I live some distance SE of St. Cloud I said well I don't come this way often and didn't really want to come back, so do it. He said he would try to get the work done under the now expected two hour wait. Surprise, my car was ready to go in an hour. They did the 10,000 mile service and the Master Mechanic took care of the recall at the same time. Thank you St. Cloud Toyota for saving me the unexpected hour wait. Extra effort was appreciated.
