It Had bothered me since new, when I purchased the vehicle from them, Stopped by to have my alignment checked on my 2017 highlander with 16000 miles. It Had bothered me since new, when I purchased the vehicle from them, but they had to trust me it was not because of bad driving, etc, long story short, they did cover it under warranty and solved the issue! I’m considering a 4Runner also, and My sales guy let me drive one for a couple hours while my highlander was being serviced. More

Could have saved $100 My sider mirror broke and went to the Toyota service. They ordered the part and made an appointment. I came back in 2 weeks and had sider mirror fixed,. Apparently, I could have ordered the part online myself and that could have saved me $100. Toyota part was offering 100 dollar discount and Toyota service in St Cloud does not seem to aware or may be ignoring the offer. Plus, I bought this car from this Toyota Dealer and thought they would provide complimentary car wash after they fixed the mirror but they have not... When I came to pick up the license plate couple weeks before Salesman I bought this car through just provided free car wash. Recommend salesman department but not the service people... More
