I bought my car in for a routine oil change. I was offered a shuttle to work but went with their easy and secure night drop and left my keys after hours to save time the next morning. I brought my car in for an oil change and the inspection revealed worn brakes (which I suspected) so those were replaced as well. I feel the recommended service was reasonable.
