When I made appt, theh said it would take 2 hours--new cabin filter and valve gasket replacement. After 2 hours, they called me to the service desk, said they had replaced the cabin filter and then asked cabin filter and valve gasket replacement. After 2 hours, they called me to the service desk, said they had replaced the cabin filter and then asked if I wanted the valve gasket done. I had told them yes on the original service order. Then they started work on that. My appt was 1030 and it was not done until 230!! More
