St Cloud Toyota - Service Center

My vehicle's trunk swings hard when it opens. A tech checked and stated that the trunk strait needs to be replaced but they won't run it through Toyota warranty because they think there's damage. I am the only one who drives the car. The vehicle has never been in an accident and there's absolutely no damage. Update: St Cloud Toyota set up an appointment and reevaluated and was able fix the trunk with warranty. More

It seems the team makes up things to be fixed on my car.
