The first time I called St. Helens Auto Center the salesman, Chuck, said he was too busy; took my number and said he would call me back. Surprise, he did not. The second time I Helens Auto Center the salesman, Chuck, said he was too busy; took my number and said he would call me back. Surprise, he did not. The second time I called a different salesman, David Garcia, talked with me, said they couldn’t do electronic signatures (between systems) and would have to talk to his manager. He requested my SSN, pictures of my drivers license and insurance, which I sent via email and text (my bad mistake, it was is personal cell phone number.) Now no response for over 48 hours. Maybe if you are local and can walk into the dealership it works, but do not trust them for Internet deals. Now they have my personal information and I have nothing but concern that my data will be sold or stolen. Avoid this company, it is not worth the price. More
