This is the first new truck I have bought here, I purchased a 1 year old Ram 6 years ago and the only reason buying a new truck was a 1500 Ram was not big enough for our 28 foot trailer. The whole experience was fantastic! Jennifer made the process so simple and went above and beyond to be at the dealership and help us pick up our Jeep on her day off. I went to see the car. Was a total mess. Cans, bottles, napkins and wrappers on the front, rear and cargo area floors. Told them I was about two weeks from buying. Got Was a total mess. Got a call two days later from two different people, each telling me the car was all ready for me. I asked them to email me their inspection sheet on the car and pictures of what the inside looked like after they detailed it. "No problem, will get that to you right away". Next day another call, told her the same thing - same answer. Again, nothing. More
Dealer interaction was bizarre. It felt like the twilight zone. Big red flag that before the purchase, interaction was so strange. It worked out well since we found the vehicle we needed Friday and it was closer to home. More
Honestly none of the people who work at this dealership deserve a 5 star rating that is just the highest it allows. They all deserve at least a 10 service as well. If you want to be treated like you are nothing more than a checkbook I highly recommend you don't come to this dealership. They treat you like a person and like they have been doing business with you for 20 years. This is what a small town dealership and every other dealership should be like. I was never once pressured into buying a vehicle or buy things that were not needed or wanted. They never once tried to upset me a service or warranty. Bought a 2019 ram 2500 from them and they ordered my recall for my hpfp because it pushes metal flake in to the fuel system causing the motor to shut down. Well they order it got the part then told me there is no remedy for it so I called ram customer service they said that there is a remedy for it it's changing the hpfp so now there is a case with ram and them I really just want my recall done so I don't have to worry when driving my truck on the hiway at 70mph and have it just shut down especially when I have a 3 year old in the back seat more the 70% of the time their service advisor constantly doesn't pick up the phone so there is no way for me to even schedule the appointment let alone they won't let me schedule it because they claim there is still no remedy so why done ram the manufacturer say there is pretty sure the manufacture know more the so.e service advisor that can't even figure out how to answer the phone More
